With the rapid and diversified development of the retail industry,enterprise innovation and development strategy is becoming more and more important for the sustainable development of enterprises.Founded in 2007,ONC company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Banque Accord in Shanghai.It is committed to improving the purchasing power and loyalty of Auchan and RT-Mart end customers.Its main businesses include: the provision of POS terminal equipment,payment integration solutions,consumer credit and other services.With the vigorous development of the new retail industry,Alibaba,Tencent and other Internet technology companies have strongly joined,and ONC company is faced with more and more industry competition.In this context,how ONC company carries out strategic adjustment and diversified cooperation is the key to the long-term and healthy development of the company.This article elaborated on the entire process of ONC company's acceleration of strategy innovation and tactical adjustment.The research in this paper is based on the company's strategic innovation project implemented at the current stage of ONC company.The whole article introduces the whole process of the formulation,implementation and control of ONC's development strategy.Firstly,it introduces the changes in the new retail industry,the internal operations,the management of ONC company and the existing problems.Then,this paper uses PEST analysis,Potter five force model,SWOT analysis and other strategic analysis methods to analyze the development strategy management status of ONC company from the external environment and the internal environment.Finally,on the basis of the analysis of the company's strategic environment,the overall layer strategy,the business strategy and the strategy of the ONC company are based on the analysis of the company's strategic environment.The development strategy of ONC company is formulated on the three levels of the functional level strategy,the implementation and control of ONC's development strategy are expounded.This article provides a comprehensive explanation of the entire process of thedevelopment,implementation and control of ONC current development strategy,hoping to provide decision-making basis for ONC strategic management work and provide reference for future scholars research on strategic management.
