Inner Monggolia Duolun Industrial Park Development Strategy Research

Since 1979,China began to build industrial parks in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone,and then extending to the whole country rapidly.Now the industrial park has becoming an important starting point for the development of industrial economy.Duolun County is located in the central part of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,southeast of Xilinguole League.Duolun belong to the Bohai economic circle radiation zone.It is the bridgehead for the regional development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Duolun belong to the western development region,also enjoying the policy of revitalizing the Northeast region.Duolun has abundant mineral resources and superior geographic location.On September 29,2011,in Ximeng Southern regional central city location debriefing comments,the autonomous region Party committee and the government made the decision that to construction Ximeng Southern regional central city in Duolun County.Duolun Industrial Park is an important carrier of the county's industrial economy,and it can speed up the urbanization and industrial modernization.Duolun Industrial Park is an important driving force to create the Ximeng Southern regional central city.So how to develop scientific industrial park to support industrial development of Ximeng Southern regional center city has becoming an important task of economic and social development in Duolun County.Duolun Industrial Park,founded in 2006,is one of the six important industrial parks of Ximeng.After nearly a decade of development and construction,Duolun Industrial Park has made certain achievements at the side of project introduction,municipal and public facilities construction.But it has a series of restricting factors,such as the land,the direction of industrial development,infrastructure construction,funding and so on.It has facing many difficulties and contradictions.This paper tries to put forward a development strategy and explore a new way which would be suitable for Inner Mongolia Duolun Industrial park development from analyzing the difficulties,contradiction and the existing advantages of Duolun Industrial Park.The research of development strategy of Inner Mongolia Duolun Industrial Park has practical significance to promote the Duolun County economy to spanning development.It also has a certain reference to Xilinguole region and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region County Industrial Park construction and development.
