Study On Strategy Of Sustainable Development Industrial Park In Jinan

Industrial Park is an important carrier of industrial development, the policy support, capital investment, infrastructure construction, the introduction of talent, technology and other aspects of a unique advantage. Jinan Economic Development Zone since its inception in 1999, the park infrastructure continues to improve, the investment work steadily, after 17 years of development, and gradually formed a machinery and equipment manufacturing, new materials, modern service industry of 3 big pillar. Park in the rapid development at the same time, there also exist many problems, the contradiction between supply and demand of land resources, park capital operation mode is single, the profit level is low, lack of enterprise development platform, can not form an effective force, resulting in the advantages of location and resources of the park can give full play to the development of stagflation, the source actually strategic management of absence.
