Research On Regional Industrial Park Development Strategy Of China

Industrial Park, as the main carrier to undertake industrial transfer, has played an important role in it. In the future development, the important goal of N Industrial Park will be to make full use of the advantages of a platform, to highlight the unique features, to develop urban industry and producer services, and to optimize and upgrade traditional industries. However, there is not much valuable academic researches on the professional norms of N Industrial Park presently, we need to conduct research on the basis of international mature theory and practice experience, combing the local special economic and cultural background, on the height of a full range of industries and strategies, to form a clear idea on feasible operation strategies. This is in the hope of promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, increasing industrial competitiveness and achieving coordinated development of industry, so as to stimulate the great-leap-forward development of Zhenjiang economy under the new circumstances of industrialization, urbanization, economic globalization. So to make scientific development strategies for N Industrial Park is a worthy research topics with practical significance.This study analysis and research, with integrated use of a SWOT analysis and other management-related research tool, through analysis of the domestic and international macro-economic and analysis of the environment of the industrial park at this stage, keeping up with the opportunities and challenges for the future development of the N industrial park, with research ideas combined with empirical research and theoretical studies, with comprehensive analysis and discussion of business-related positioning and planning, combining the faced policy and economic environment, bringing up with development strategies in favor of the healthy and sustainable development of N industrial park.Through research, this paper argues that, on the basis of existing industries inside and the companies need to be relocated in Nanyuan Street, with the goal of promoting industrial upgrading in functional area and product support, laying emphasis on scale, science and technology, service-oriented enterprises, N Industrial Park should be focus on the development of existing competitive industries in the functional areas, and actively introduce new industries, selectively develop high-tech industries, vigorously develop modern service industries, establish new industrial advantages, and ultimately achieve high speed and cost-effective development of industrial park.
