Study Of Ecological Industrial Park On The Shandong Weifang Binhai Economic Development Zone

Eco-industrial Park is a new type of industrial organization pattern, which is designed and constructed on the basis of theories of circular economy as well as principles of industrial ecology. It emphasizes the clean production, as well as coordination and cooperation among member's internal realization in the park area, forms a eco-industrial network which various members mutually profits through exchange matter, energy, information and so on, makes resource and energy utilization maximization and waste production minimization, makes the coordination advancement of the economy, society and environment. Because it is the direction of industrial parks development, the deep research to it will be helpful in promoting the regional economies to realize the sustainable development.The paper summarized the relevant concepts of eco-industrial park first, and introduced the domestic and foreign research and development status on eco-industrial park, and then discussed the relted theories such as industrial ecology, circular economy theory, cleaner production, sustainable development theory, transaction cost theory, ecological economics, and so on. Taking the Shandong Weifang Binhai Economic Development Zone as an example, based on the sufficient investigation about economy, society and environment of the park, the meaning of the eco-industrial park construction, the conditions and the restrictive factors were deeply studied and the park construction present situations on park operation mode, industry chain, eco-management and so on were analyzed. On this basis, compared with the national index requirements on Eco-industrial Park Construction, the park area evaluation index system was constructed, the selected park area was objective evaluated, and the outstanding problems in park construction were found. In view of the existing problems, eco-industrial system, supporting facilities system and management service system were system planed by using ecological economics and industrial metabolism theory, and pertinence improvement measures and clue were put forward. The study may provide some reference meaning and guiding significance to the construction of other chemical industrial parks.
