Study On The Development Strategy Of Northeast Wind Company’s Industrial Park "THE MOON ISLAND"

In recent years, with the impact of national strategies such as self-independent innovation development and build-up the country with culture is surging both in number and scale. The development of industry and economic has showed great vigorous especially in the field of cultural industry. From the perspective of the trend of economic development, industrial park development has become an important engine of regional economic development, accelerating the development of infrastructure construction, the distribution of modern industry and the need of consumption for living. From the perspective of the development of an enterprise, it is essential to run the industrial park according to the market economy rule. This is the most effective way to promote commercial model, expand the connotation and take the market in a short time. Only in this way can a enterprise enhance the core competition ability and increasing the profit. However, comparing with developed countries such as USA, Japan, UK, China’s industrial park development is still at initial stage, lacking of advanced idea and consciousness. On one hand, the government has not support the industrial park with sufficient policy, especially to the high-end industrial parks such as modern service industry, high-tech industry and creative industry. Policies for land, finance and tax and human resource are not effective enough to guarantee the full construction and operation of the industrial park. On the other hand, lacking of experience and ability, enterprises tend to confine to their own business and could not stimulating thoughts about modern enterprise system, innovation of core high-tech or marketing strategies. Therefore, from the view of enterprises, it is urgent and necessary to face existing problems and address them properly. Enterprises need to get a full version of the development of industrial park, analyzing advantages and disadvantages so as to plan the development path in science and overcome the obstacles.To meet the need of the cultural enterprise’s transformation and upgrading, this paper researches the development strategy of the Moon Island Industrial Park, running by Northeast Wind. In this paper, factors such as macro-environment, industrial environment, inner environment and advantages, disadvantages, opportunity and challenges are taken in to consideration while the author analyzing the example. Strategic target and supporting measure are given based on cultural park development model and self-positioning. Firstly, the research direction is decided according to the development strategy and competitive strategy, including Development strategy, Reinforcement strategy And define the development model and strategy frame of the Moon Island Industrial Park according to the strategic theory coming up by David and Michael Porter and the other success park operating model from home and broad. Secondly, analyzing Moon Island Industrial Park’s current development status and existing problems with SWOT, including the introduction of the park, industrial development status and existing problems. Next, with PEST, elaborate the environment of “Moon Island” Industrial Park in three aspects: macro-environment, competitive environment and overall environment. In this part, common issues and individual issues in the development of industrial park are taken in to consideration as well. Finally, concentrating on the enterprise management, the locating of industrial development and operating cost, laying out measures for future development of the park and generate strategies for development and management. Through the analyze and research of this paper, the strategies play an positive role both in theory and practice.
