Research On The Impact Of Entrepreneurial Environment On The Performance Of Professional Farmers

The society is developing rapidly.In order to adapt to the rapid development of modern society,traditional farmers are constantly transforming into professional farmers.Farmer entrepreneurship activities with family farms as a carrier have become one of the important ways in this transformation.Professional farmers are the guiding direction for the transformation of traditional farmers.Family farms are the main battlefield in China to improve agricultural strength.Cultivating professional farmers has higher requirements for the rural entrepreneurial environment.Conversely,successful cultivation of professional farmers also has higher returns to society.The entrepreneurial process of professional farmers is embedded in a certain external environment.The service subjects(organizations and institutions)and non-subjective factors in the entrepreneurial environment will have different impacts on entrepreneurial performance.It is analyzed that different environmental factors will affect entrepreneurial entrepreneurship.The impact of performance can provide targeted help for professional farmers to start their businesses,with a view to achieving the purpose of supporting farmers to start their own businesses.This article first defines the concepts of peasant entrepreneurship,professional farmers,family farms,and entrepreneurial environments.By summarizing scholars’research on entrepreneurial performance measurement indicators,an effective measurement method is proposed.Then start with environmental factors and use exploratory factor analysis to build an environmental factor indicator system that affects the performance of professional farmers in family farms.At the same time,it analyzes the entrepreneurial service entities(government agencies,agricultural cooperatives,financial institutions,agricultural product markets,community organizations,and community organizations and The composition and functions of enterprises,agricultural colleges)and non-subjects(infrastructure and family networks).Subsequently,combined with professional entrepreneurship research data,the structural equation model of maximum likelihood estimation was used to test the impact of the above environmental indicator system on entrepreneurial performance.The results show that the government support environment,market fundamental environment,entrepreneurial atmosphere environment,financial service environment and The intermediary service environment has a positive impact on the improvement of professional farmers ’entrepreneurial performance;the infrastructure environment,community network and personal family network environment have no significant impact on professional farmers’ entrepreneurial performance.Finally,based on 363 domestic survey data,a typical case analysis was conducted to further discuss the impact of the entrepreneurial environment on professional farmers’entrepreneurship.From this,we propose policy recommendations to improve the dimensions of the entrepreneurial environment:establish an agricultural service platform and improve social services;Agricultural economy,reducing comprehensive agricultural costs;creating a strong entrepreneurial atmosphere,focusing on the potential risks of entrepreneurship;increasing rural financial diversity and innovating the rural financial system;increasing farmers ’training awareness and improving the farmers’training system;and strengthening rural infrastructure construction.
