Study Of Institutional Innovation-based Entrepreneurial Environment For Smes

Today, when the global technology and economic social development are in a period of integration, the SMEs has played a very important position and role in Chinese economic development, and the entrepreneurship has shown an increasingly important role. With the depth development of entrepreneurship, the researches of SMEs have gradually become the object of study in entrepreneurship. The entrepreneurial environments for SMEs have a direct impact on all the entrepreneurial activity, and ultimately act on the performance of SMEs.Based on institutional innovation theory, this paper combined with the status quo of Chinese entrepreneurial environment for SMEs, and research the constituent elements of it, then incluse the various dimensions of entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial performance into a frame system, and establish the relationship of the various elements between the entrepreneurial environments for SMEs. When we study of specific dimensions, we also research the various factors influence to the entrepreneurial performance. The main conclusion shows that there is an obvious gap among the eastern central, western and northeast regions. The objective and subjective entrepreneurial environment have a positive correlation, and the government support and social capital play a significant role on entrepreneurial environment. The lack of financial support has constrainted the development of SMEs. The key factors of entrepreneurial environment have a significant impact to the growing performance.First of all, the paper reviewed the literature of entrepreneuria environment and institutional economics, and defined the logical relationship between the various elements. Second, we define the various elements in the study, and divided the elements of the dimensions,then proposed entrepreneurial environment model for SMEs and the conceptual model of entrepreneurial environment to performance, the third, based on the clarity of the relationship between the various elements, we use of SPSS and LISREL statistical software to empirical analysis the data of national questionnaire survey of SMEs. Finally, we learn advanced experience at home and abroad, and study the entrepreneuria environment system, and further illustrate the important role of entrepreneurial environment and improve the countermeasures of entrepreneurial environment.
