Study On The Influence Mechanism Of Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy Of Farmers Entrepreneurial Decision

In the process of rapid development of the global economy, entrepreneurship is considered as activities that will affect a regional, national, even the global economy’s growing roots. The soul of the economic development is innovation. Now, the global has been spring up the trends of development that based on the entrepreneurial economy. Entrepreneurship has become one of the most actively and effective methods that will promote employment. And it will promote efficient use of the resources effectively, also increase the creation of wealth’s value. After the countries all over the world pay attention to entrepreneurship, a variety of entrepreneurial policies have appeared now. They hope the entrepreneurial polices will be better to support the native entrepreneurial activities, and the farmer entrepreneurial activity will be more prominent. However, farmers’entrepreneurship enthusiasm is not high, and even can not continue their entrepreneurship. Analyze the reasons of that, just as the lack of knowledge and experience, the limitations of recognizing entrepreneurship, the model of business is not perfect and a shortage of funds. Therefore, the study of that how to stimulate and encourage farmers to recognize the situation of entrepreneurship, and to enhance their entrepreneurial intention, thereby speeding up the decision-making, will has important theoretical and practical significance.In previous studies, many scholars all have focused on the study of some affecting factors, for example, existing entrepreneurial farmers’present situation and countermeasures analysis, the characteristics of entrepreneurs, entrepreneurship factors, the factors of regional difference and entrepreneurial performance, as well as the aspect of each elements’mutual relations. For the study of enhancing farmers’ entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and farmers’entrepreneurial intentions, and to speeding up the decision-making is too little. Particularly in the policy environment for entrepreneurship of different regions, it is important to improve the study of combination for farmers’entrepreneurial self-efficacy, individual entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial. Therefore, this study will be set the farmers’entrepreneurial self-efficacy as independent variables, the entrepreneurial decision as the dependent variables, the entrepreneurial intention as medium variables, in the regulatory role of the entrepreneurial policy environment and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition, to explore the relationship between farmers’entrepreneurial self-efficacy, individual entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial decision.After having read and organized the relevant literature, this study constructs the theoretical model that farmers’entrepreneurial self-efficacy how to pass through entrepreneurial intention to influence the entrepreneurial decision. First, combining the particular entrepreneurial subjects and the special environment of farmer entrepreneurship, we have divided each variable into dimension. Among that farmers’ self-efficacy divides into the self-efficacy of resources getting, the self-efficacy of interpersonal relation, the self-efficacy of risk management, the self-efficacy of innovation management. Entrepreneurial intention as a single variable, entrepreneurial decision-making divides into the speed of decision-making, the acceptance of decision-making, the accuracy of decision-making, and the other two manipulated variables that entrepreneurial policy environment and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition all as the single variable. Secondly, through designing the questionnaire, and field investigation to collect relevant data, we will have the descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis as well as correlation analysis by the professional software SPSS16.0, also use AMOS7.0to construct the structural equation model, carrying out reliability analysis, validity analysis, intermediary role analysis and so on, thus all the analysis is to verify the assumptions that we had made. Finally, the statistical results showed that entrepreneurial self-efficacy positively affects entrepreneurial intentions of the individual, and the self-efficacy of interpersonal relation and the self-efficacy of risk management has a relatively large influence in enhancing entrepreneurial intention. To improve entrepreneurial intention is more conducive to make entrepreneurial decision, also improve the accuracy of entrepreneurial decision-making. The height of entrepreneurial self-efficacy directly affects the progress of entrepreneurial decision. Entrepreneurial intention plays a part intermediary role in the model, the regulation of entrepreneurial policy environment is more significant. While individual entrepreneurial intention attains a certain extent, entrepreneurs can make entrepreneurial decisions quickly by the entrepreneurial opportunity recognition of regulation.
