Entrepreneurial activity has been increasingly active. And it is becoming an engine and important driving force for economic development. Consequently, entrepreneurship administration research has been an academic focus. Meanwhile, with the development of science and technology, humanity's economic development has entered on a new era which depends on knowledge, information technology and other essential productive factors, and intellectual capital has already been regarded as the most important resource of enterprise. In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, entrepreneurial activities have made great contribution to the national economy. And entrepreneurial enterprises'establishment and growth issues have been theoretical concerns. More and more researchers realize the vital value of intellectual capital in the field of entrepreneurship research. This study is a response to the above field of research. We seek to test the establishment of entrepreneurial intellectual capital index system and entrepreneurial performance index system based on the knowledge-based view of firm and the theory of intellectual capital by targeting at the entrepreneurial enterprises. Then, empirically, we make a further analysis of the relationship between entrepreneurial intellectual capital and entrepreneurial performance. The empirical results could be special reference to the growth of entrepreneurial enterprises.According to this research, the entrepreneurial intellectual capital structure could be divided into four dimensions, namely, entrepreneurial human capital, entrepreneurial structure capital, entrepreneurial customer capital and entrepreneurial innovation capital. Homoplastically, entrepreneurial performance could be divided into two dimensions—entrepreneurial innovation performance and enterprise growth performance. Furthermore, the analysis of path coefficient in SEM indicates that both entrepreneurial human capital and entrepreneurial innovation capital have significantly positive impact on the entrepreneurial innovation performance but do not have significant impact on the enterprise growth performance. However, both entrepreneurial structure capital and entrepreneurial customer capital have no significant impact on the entrepreneurial innovation performance but do have significantly positive impact on the enterprise growth performance. This shows that human capital and innovation capital have directly positive impact on the entrepreneurial innovation performance, but may have lagged effect on the enterprise growth performance. Besides, enterprise's long-term growth performance and short-term performance could be promoted significantly by entrepreneurial structure capital and entrepreneurial customer capital, whose accumulation would affect the long-term potential of entrepreneurial innovation but have no positive sense to the short-term market. Therefore, the entrepreneurial enterprises should increase the investment in entrepreneurial human capital and entrepreneurial innovation capital to enhance their innovation ability in short term. On the other hand, the added investment in entrepreneurial structure capital and entrepreneurial customer capital could play a significantly positive role in the entrepreneurial enterprises'growth. What we conclude from the empirical research could be of theoretical and practical significance for the entrepreneurial activities which are becoming increasingly active in China.
