Study On The Influence Of Entrepreneurial Environment To Farmers’ Entrepreneurial Performance

Creating a favorable entrepreneurial environment, not only can enhance farmers’ entrepreneurial willingness and cultivate entrepreneurial behavior of farmers, but also help increase farmers’ entrepreneurial performance. Besides, it had important practical significance in the integration of existing production factors in rural areas, increasing farmers’ income,narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas and achieving common prosperity.Based on the survey data of the farmer entrepreneurship in Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone,this paper reviewed existing research at home and abroad and based on farmers’ perspective established a structural equation model analyzed the influence of entrepreneurial environment to farmers’ entrepreneurial performance. To meet the needs of the model analysis, the sample is divided into two parts: sample one and sample two. First, we used the SPSS software to carry out the structural equation exploratory factor analysis in sample one and extracted seven environmental factors: policy support environmental,socio-economic environment, entrepreneurial atmosphere environment, technological and cultural environment, financial services environment, infrastructure environment,resources endowment environment and a farmer entrepreneurial performance factor. Then, we used AMOS17.0 software to carry out the structural equation confirmatory factor analysis in sample two.The result showed that the concludsion of exploratory factor analysis fit to the data better and the structural equation model analysis can be carried out. Finally, we constructed the structural equation model empirically analyzed the influence of entrepreneurial environment to farmers′entrepreneurial performance, and the full text of assumptions were verified.The research results showed that the financial service environment, the socio-economic environment and the infrastructure environment had direct positive effects on farmers’ entrepreneurship performance; the policy support environment via the financial services environment had indirect effects on farmers entrepreneurial performance, the entrepreneurial atmosphere environment and the technological and cultural environment via the socio-economic environment had indirects impact on farmers’ entrepreneurial performance; the resources endowment environment had no significant influence to the farmers’ entrepreneurship performance.Finally, we proposed the policy recommendations to optimize entrepreneurial environment on the basis of empirical research: government fully playing the role of policy support environment for farmers entrepreneurial performance could not be separated from improving financial services environment; government fully playing the role of entrepreneurial atmosphere environment and technological and cultural environment for farmers entrepreneurial performance depends on improving the socio-economic environment; and the government should further strengthen the construction of rural transportation,communication facilities, information networks and rural water, electricity, gas.
