With the rapid development of society and technology,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.Only by continuously innovating and enhancing competitiveness can enterprises survive for a long time and sustain development.Both research and practice have shown that the core foundation of an enterprise's ability to innovate lies in employee innovation behavior.Employees constantly innovate in their work,conceive new ideas,and continue to implement them,that is,transform into employee innovation behavior,and ultimately achieve enterprise innovation.Innovative behavior of enterprise employees means that individual employees of the enterprise conceive,generate and practice new ideas at work.It is influenced by many factors,including not only the external influences of managerial leadership,organizational culture and team atmosphere,but also the internal factors of individual employees.Employees effectively control their emotional intelligence and continuously improve their innovative behavior.Among them,good interpersonal relationship and trust status have greatly promoted the emergence of employee innovation behavior.Then,how the employee's emotional intelligence affects its innovative behavior through trust perception is obviously worth exploring.Based on the individual perspective of employees,this paper explores the mechanism of employee's emotional intelligence and trust perception on the innovation behavior of employees.Through literature review,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,the paper establishes the relationship model between employee's emotional intelligence,trust perception and innovative behavior.Questionnaire measurement and empirical research were conducted on the three.In this paper,SPSS19.0 is used to collect and analyze 308 valid questionnaires,to verify the model and hypothesis and finally to draw conclusions.The research finds that:(1)the emotional intelligence of employees has a positive influence on their innovative behavior;(2)the emotional intelligence of employees has a positive influence on their trust perception;(3)the trust perception of employees is positive for their innovative behavior.(4)Enterprise employee trust perception plays a partial intermediary role between emotional intelligence and innovative behavior.Based on the above,in the enterprise management practice,it is especially necessary to strengthen communication and communication between employees and enhance employee trust perception.Through corporate culture,we can promote the concept of integrity,harmony,establish a trust atmosphere,try cross-departmental cooperation,work enrichment,rotation system,etc.to help employees enhance trust perception,strengthen the relationship between colleagues,and build a staff interpersonal relationship.The relationship platform strengthens the communication between employees,through some informal activities,enhances mutual understanding and forms a relationship of mutual trust.The improvement of trust perception among employees will enhance the influence of emotional intelligence on innovative behavior.
