Employees with high emotional intelligence in a business or organization tend to have a more positive performance,the reason is a person who has a good sense and control of his emotions and those of others around him is more likely to regulate and manage the original activities when his own emotions are unstable or other people's emotions are greatly fluctuating.At the same time,high-emotional intelligence employees more easily and more tend to integrate into the collective,and play a team effect.However,although the research on employee emotional intelligence and employee work performance is relatively mature,the research on the effect of them on employee cooperative behavior is still insufficient.This study selects the employees of enterprises and institutions as the research object to make an empirical study on the relationship between employees' emotional intelligence and their work performance.According to the theory of emotion cognition and emotion regulation,this paper further explores the performance of employees' cooperative behavior and the corresponding performance of employees' work under the action of emotional intelligence.Based on this,three variables of employee ' s emotional intelligence,employee cooperation behavior and employee ' s working performance are selected to construct the model,so as to explore the effect of employee's emotional intelligence on employee's performance and the intermediary role of employee's cooperative behavior in the two.At the same time,SPSS22.0 and AMOS21 are used to analyze the reliability and validity of 240 questionnaires.The empirical results are as follows:(1)The scale of employee emotional Intelligence and the scale of employee Cooperative behavior developed by foreign scholars are also applicable in this context.The results of statistical analysis show that the final scores of the twovariables are higher than their respective average levels,which indicates that the two scales are suitable for the research situation in this paper.(2)The emotional intelligence of employees has a significant positive effect on both the task performance and the peripheral performance of employees,and the emotional intelligence of employees will also positively promote the generation of cooperative behavior of employees.At the same time,employee cooperative behavior also has a significant positive impact on task performance and employee peripheral performance.(3)Employee emotional intelligence can not only directly positively affect employee performance,but also indirectly affect employee performance through the intermediary role of employee cooperative behavior.However,it is found that employee cooperative behavior is not the only intermediary.Therefore,employee cooperative behavior plays a part of intermediary role between emotional intelligence and job performance,and other intermediary factors between them need to be studied.
