In the performance management research,the scholars most are concerned with the problem of the performance reason,which is also the research on the antecedent variables of the performance.Since we entered the 21st Century,human society from the postindustrial era into the knowledge economy era,organization league,globalization and integration of process design,production process,circulation process have become an important feature of the global enterprises in the knowledge economy era of the 21st century.In order to cope with the increasingly complex and fickle market environment,more and more enterprises take the team as an effective form of organizational structure.Teamwork cannot be separated from the communication,the essence of communication is the transfer of emotions,the transfer of information,emotional interaction.Emotional intelligence is the ability to perceive,apply and regulate emotions.So the current research mainly from the perspective of team and staff,respectively focus on team emotional intelligence and Employees'emotional intelligence,discussed their influence on the team performance and employee performance,being aimed at establishing the mood decision theory of the team and staff performance,at the same time providing theoretical support for the practice of the team improving performance.Based on antecedent variables about team emotional intelligence and Employees' emotional intelligence,Although the study has made some progress.However,there are still some problems.?Research is more limited in staff level,less research on the team emotional intelligence;?research more focusing on the general team,few research has been done on the temporary team;?the limitations of the research perspective,that is,the research perspective is mostly limited to single level,or the micro level of the employee,paying attention to the relationship between Employees' emotional intelligence and performance;or the macro level,paying attention to the relationship between the team emotional intelligence and team performance.There is no integrated thinking on emotional intelligence and team emotional intelligence.Focusing on the above problems,this study carried out five specific research,in order to understanding the mechanisms of team emotional intelligence,Employees'emotional intelligence,team performance and staff performance in the general team and temporary team,further enriching and perfecting performance decision theory of emotion as the core.The main work was as follows:(1)Focusing on the general group,introducing the group emotional atmosphere variables,and through empirical research,research finally answered the following questions:?team emotional intelligence positive effected on the group emotional atmosphere;?team emotional intelligence positive effected on the group performance;?based on the above analysis,further researching the mechanism,found the team emotional atmosphere Variables was mediator in the relationship between team emotional intelligence o and team performance in the general group.(2)Focusing on the temporary group,introducing the swift trust variables,and through experimental research,research finally answered the following questions:?team emotional intelligence positive effected on the team swift trust;? team emotional intelligence positive effected on the team performance;?based on the above analysis,further researching the mechanism,found the swift trust Variables was mediator in the relationship between team emotional intelligence o and team performance in the general group.(3)drawing on the concepts of psychological compatibility,organizational alienation,based on the theory of individual organization fit,this study proposed the concept of employee team emotional compatibility perception,and developed the relevant questionnaire,which provides support for the follow-up study.At the same time,it provides the theoretical support for the research about emotional labor and emotional exhaustion.(4)Focusing on the general group,introducing the employee team emotional compatibility perception variables,constructing a multi-level theoretical framework,and through empirical research,research finally answered the following questions:?the relationship among the employees' emotional intelligence,the employee team emotional compatibility perception and the employee performance;?employee team emotional compatibility perception was mediator in the relationship between employees' emotional intelligence and staff performance;?the team emotional intelligence was the cross level moderator the relationship among the employees'emotional intelligence,emotional compatibility perception and employee performance,role.(5)Aimed at the temporary group,extending the above study,namely focusing on the temporary team and its members as the research object,providing the supplement for the multi-level model,further perfecting the mechanism of the relationship between emotional intelligence and performance in the individual and team levels.
