| In recent years,the pressure and challenges faced by state-owned enterprises are increasing day by day,the personal turnover rate of state-owned enterprises has increased year by year,which is very harmful to the sustainable development of enterprises in the future.In this paper,as a public welfare and service state-owned enterprise in ZB,KY Bus Branch of ZB Public Transport Company has become more and more serious in recent years due to the intensification of competition among professionals,the change of employees values,the conservative concept of enterprise development and the irregular internal management of enterprises.Based on this reason,it is of great significance to study,analyze and solve the problem of employee turnover of KY public transportation company for stabilizing the development environment of the enterprise,improving the competitiveness of the enterprise and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.Therefore,this paper takes KY Public Transport Company’s employees and some employees who have left their jobs in the past five years as the research object,mainly adopts questionnaire survey method combined with exit interview,and systematically analyses and studies the current situation,causes,impacts on enterprises and coping strategies of staff turnover in KY Public Transport Company.The significance of theory and practice.The main contents of this paper are divided into six chapters.The first chapter mainly describes the background,purpose,significance,methods and content framework of this paper,and reviews the research on employee turnover at home and abroad from three aspects of the current situation,causes and countermeasures.The second chapter starts from the theory of employee turnover,and analyzes the theory of human resource management and employee turnover,and constructs the relationship model of the factors that affect employee turnover.The third chapter first introduces the basic situation of KY public transport company,sorts out the data of the company’s resigned employees in the past five years,and summarizes the problems brought to the company by employee turnover.The fourth chapter mainly uses the method of questionnaire survey,through the statistics of the results of questionnaire survey and the destination of employees turnover one by one,and combining with the exit interview,analyzes the causes of employee turnover and its impact on the company from three levels of society,enterprise and individual.The fifth chapter will focus on the enterprise level factors to put forwardcountermeasures,and through the induction of social and personal level reasons for staff turnover,put forward corresponding rationalization suggestions for KY public transport company to further improve the current situation of human resource management,effectively control the employee turnover rate and enhance the core competitiveness of the company.The sixth chapter is to summarize the whole paper and put forward the prospect of this research in the future,so as to better provide convenient and high-quality public services for the general public. |
