Sustainability Of Precise Poverty Alleviation In Rural Areas

To be free from poverty is to be free from poverty.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has made great progress in precision poverty alleviation and precision poverty eradication.The gratifying results of the battle against poverty are a great encouragement to the cadres and the masses on the front line who are striving to fight against poverty.But also to see clearly,taking off the hat is not the end of poverty,but a new starting point.Rural absolute poverty population to achieve poverty relief and poverty counties,does not mean the disappearance of rural poverty,nor does it mean the end of poverty relief work.By 2020,we will have reached the year when the goal of building the Xiaokang will have been achieved and the year when we will have come to the end of our struggle against poverty.This year,our country will be completely free from absolute poverty.After the elimination of absolute poverty,how to better consolidate the results of poverty eradication and enhance the sustainability of rural poverty eradication is an important task and challenge for a long time.To this end,while implementing the central government's poverty eradication policy,local governments at all levels should do a better job of removing the hat without removing responsibility,policy,aid and supervision,and maintain policy stability and continuity,we will use greater determination,clearer thinking,more precise measures and unconventional efforts to stimulate the endogenous momentum of the poor,consolidate the foundation for stable poverty eradication,and effectively lift them out of genuine,genuine and non-return poverty.Under the background of poverty alleviation,this paper uses the sustainable development theory,synergy theory,interview,case analysis,literature analysis and other research methods.Firstly,through the investigation and research on the practice of precision poverty alleviation in w town of r city and the actual production and living conditions of the poverty-stricken households,the paper summarizes the implementation of precision poverty alleviation policy in w town and the results of poverty alleviation.Secondly,from the perspective of the sustainable development of rural poverty eradication,through interviews and data analysis with village cadres,persons responsible for helping the poor,and households that have been lifted out of poverty,it is found that the households that have been lifted out of poverty have the risk of returning to poverty and lack the capacity for sustainable development,the main performance is that the vulnerability of the poverty-stricken households is large,the industry poverty-alleviation is not significant,the participation of social forces in poverty alleviation is low,the government can not help in place.The reason lies in the poor households' poor self-development ability,the industry sustainable development needs to be strengthened,the multi-subject cooperation is insufficient,the government helps the measure to be sustainable to be enhanced.Then,according to the causes of the problems,the measures and suggestions for the sustainable development of rural poverty eradication are put forward from the following aspects: the development of the main body of poor households,deepening of industrial assistance,participation of social forces,and precise assistance from the government,at last,the paper summarizes and analyzes the deficiency of the research and the future prospect,hoping to provide a guiding paradigm for the sustainability of rural poverty eradication through the research and the countermeasures proposed in this paper,so as to win the battle against poverty,a decisive victory in an all-round well-off society.
