Measurement And Analysis Of Poverty Alleviation Effect In Yan 'an Precision Poverty Alleviation Work

Eliminating poverty and improving people's livelihood is the essential requirement of socialism.It is also the important mission of the Communist Party of China and the goal of Yanan's old people.Since the refo rm and opening up,Yanan's economic and social development has been developing rapidly.The total amount of the economy has increased substantially.Poverty alleviation efforts have been intensified,and the pace of poverty alleviation has been accelerating.But some deep-seated problems are becoming more acute.According to the Shaanxi province poverty standards,there are 205 thousand and 200 poor people in Yanan by the end of 2014.The poverty rate has reached 13.2%.The 991 poor villages located in the mo untainous area along the coast of the Yellow River,Baiyu mountains and Luohe valley,is the hardest problem to Yanan.According to the Shaanxi provincial government's overall deployment requirements,to 2018,Yanan should lead out of poverty first in Shaanxi,Gansu and Ningxia.To 2019,alll the poor counties hat,the current standard under the poverty-stricken population out of poverty.The task of poverty alleviation and development is very arduous.So Yanan should fully implement precise poverty six precision requirements,especially the effect of poverty precision,which requires accurate measure of the effectiveness of poverty alleviation.Based on this point,this paper uses multidimensional measure to evaluate the poverty reduction index of 204 households in Ganquan County of Yanan.Next,we decomposed the index to get the contribution and contribution rate of the poverty alleviation indicators to the poverty alleviation index of poor households,showing the effectiveness and shortage of poverty alleviation in Ganquan County,providing reference for further precision poverty alleviation in Yanan and even the whole country.The calculation results show that:precise poverty alleviation Ganquan County in Yanan C ity,and made remarkable achievements in the aspects of drinking water isclosely related to poor households living food security,security,medical security,safety clothing,education guarantee results in poor households,and the relationship between the further development of self-reliance ability is insufficient.
