The Analysis On Developmental Pattern About Fengbei Vegetable Production And Marketing Professional Cooperatives Of Sanjie Town, Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province

One of the great subject we faced, isthe way to solve the problem of agricultural production and increase farmers’ income.The inevitable trend in the future Chinese agricultural economic development is thefarmer cooperative economy.The development of large-scale, group is the route onemust take Chinese of agricultural development.On July1st, the Professional farmer cooperatives law of the People’s Republic ofChina began to implement, which give the legal status of farmer cooperatives. Theapplied of this law is an important symbol for China socialist market economyfurther perfect the collective. The legal position of a new type of market main bodyhas been established by this law. The law rich and innovative farmers basicmanagement system, and this law marks the professional farmers cooperatives in ourcountry to enter a new stage. For strengthening the position of agriculture as thefoundation, improving the degree of organization of farmers, promoting theindustrialization of agriculture and enhancing the international competitiveness ofagricultural products, the farmers’ professional cooperatives has the importantmeaning.The basic idea of dialectical materialism is to seek truth from facts, concrete analysis ofconcrete problems. How to choose the development mode of the local situation, should make aconcrete analysis of concrete problems.Because of different regional locations, different levels of economic development, and differentnatural conditions, different regions need to adopt different development. This paper selects theFengbei professional farmers cooperatives in Sanjie Town Chengdu City Sichuan Province, asthe research object, selects the Huaxi Village in Jiangsu Province as a comparison object. Basedon field date collection, literature review, research and analysis of the natural environment ofSanjie Town. Then analyses the development situation of Huaxi Village and Fengbei Village,according to the comparison of the results have been achieved of the two, and find that the gapbetween the two.This paper in comparison with the two development background, development mode, as wellas two cooperative economic organization management, further demonstrates the gap betweenHuaxi Village and Fengbei Village, Through the analysis on the mode of Fengbei cooperativeoperation, in order to find out the exiting problems, and makes a tentative study for furtherdevelopment, also provide a reference for the development of farmer specialized cooperatives in other areas.
