effectiveness of food safety supervision and management within the jurisdiction,it also conducts an in-depth and comprehensive analysis and research on the performance of food supervision and management within the jurisdiction,so as to realize the steady improvement of the happiness and security of the people in the jurisdiction.Firstly,the development status of the food industry and the current situation of food safety supervision in dongguan city are deeply analyzed.Through the analysis,it is found that there are mainly problems in food safety supervision in dongguan,such as the lack of coordination among regulatory bodies,low overall safety level of enterprises,low social recognition of food supervision and weak food safety risk management.Secondly,based on the analysis of the development status of dongguan food industry and the current situation of food safety supervision performance,the paper constructs a model of dongguan food safety supervision performance system.Based on the reasonable construction of dongguan food safety supervision performance index system,this paper completes the construction of relevant evaluation model and further explains the system.Finally,according to the obtained index system,a performance evaluation model of food safety supervision in dongguan city was constructed.For problems of food safety supervision and model,dongguan city,put forward the corresponding research hypothesis,through the above build dongguan food safety regulation performance evaluation model for comprehensive evaluation of food safety regulation performance,dongguan city,dongguan city,through the investigation and analysis shows food safety government regulation performance index of the final score is 56.51,scoring performance supervision performance index is 58.46;The specific score of supervision in the incident was 52.57 points,and the specific score of post-supervision was 58.52 points.According to the analysis of the actual score,the index score of government supervision performance is relatively low compared with the score of the whole or other links.Through specific research and analysis on the index scores of government supervision performance of food safety in different regions,it is finally found that the current regional economic development level will have different effects on the final score of government supervision performance index of food safety in different regions.The whole evaluation process is carried out by the way of hypothesis-sample survey-performance score-result analysis.Finally,it proposes the optimization path of integrating the food supervision function,strengthening the allocation of supervision resources,strengthening the detection technology support and implementing the social participation responsibility with the safety supervision performance of dongguan city.For reasonable regulation performance evaluation model was constructed,this article selects the scientific and reasonable research method as its theoretical basis,properly and dongguan city government food regulation and market situation at present stage for effective combination,on the other hand,did not obtain accurate and effective data,this paper selected 33 regulatory body in dongguan area specific sampling,research and analysis.Based on the data,the management effect of 33 regulatory bodies was analyzed and evaluated,so as to reasonably and effectively construct the government supervision performance index of food safety in dongguan.Through the analysis of the specific study,this paper learned that dongguan basic meet the demand of daily food safety government regulation,but there is still a risk of food safety supervision system consummation degree is not high,weak regulation,regulatory loophole,food recall,accident beforehand control regulation implementation does not reach the designated position,make the disposal of the weakest,accident summarizes basic standard regulation,accident investigation supervision,post-processing needs to be strengthened.
