As a traditional agricultural country,China has a large population of farmers.However,the current situation of China's rural areas is that the rural population is large,the level of agricultural modernization is not high,and farmers' income is low.Therefore,we should proceed from the actual situation of the current rural areas and effectively overcome all kinds of obstacles.The main body of rural development is farmers,and improving the quality of farmers is the basic project to realize rural rejuvenation.This article through to the related literature reading,on the basis of summarizing the predecessors' research to our country present situation and existing problems of rural human capital investment has carried on the qualitative and quantitative analysis,and then an analysis of the total amount of China's rural residents income level and structure analysis,and analyzes the increase of rural human capital investment level how to cause the change of farmers' income.Chapter 6 is an empirical analysis: the provincial panel data from 2000 to 2018 are used to examine the impact of rural investment in education,health care and transportation on rural residents' wage income and non-wage income.At the same time,the proportion of primary industry in GDP,per capita GDP,urbanization level,rural household fixed asset investment,total power of agricultural machinery and other indicators are taken as control variables.Conclusions are drawn as follows: 1.In the simple panel regression model,rural education and cultural entertainment expenditure,medical care expenditure,transportation and communication expenditure have a positive effect on farmers' wage income and non-wage income;2.In the fixed-effect regression analysis of control years,education investment and transportation and communication expenditure have a positive effect on peasants' wage income and non-wage income,while medical care investment has a significant positive effect on peasants' non-wage income.2.The regression results of the fixed-effect model in controlled years are basically smaller than those obtained in uncontrolled years.
