Since the reform and opening up,China's market regulation under the conducting reform,supervision coordination and professional continuously explore,to meet the increasingly diversified market main system,behavior under the growing complexity of demand.In early 2014,the earliest nationwide reform in Liaoning province,cancellation of industry and commerce,quality inspection was launched under provincial "vertical management" approach,the implementation of local government management,the classification,effectively raising the industry and commerce,quality supervision,drug regulatory responsibilities and organization integration,established the market regulator,and at the same level in the work of the government departments of area of industrial and commercial administration,quality supervision,and drug safety regulation of the market.Reforms so far have four years of time,the operation of the new market supervision and administration of the various problems and contradictions,to solve these problems,how to effectively improve market supervision,increase the efficiency of the regulation,so that it better serve economic and social,is the point of this study.This paper mainly study S district in Shenyang market regulatory issues,is the first step to discussing the theory at home and abroad,then aiming at the condition of the market regulation evolution after the reform and opening up,combining previous research results and their own practice,understand the problems of market regulation in the region,discusses the deep cause of the problem,deepen the reform scheme is put forward.This paper strive to be technology and regulators are relatively lack of environment,explore the way of increase market supervision efficiency,so as to achieve effective play to market regulation to maintain the market order,the important role of the service area.
