Research On Supervision Problems And Countermeasures Of Fengxian Market Supervision Administration

Since the establishment of market economy in China,industry and commerce,food supervision,drug supervision,quality supervision,price control,intellectual property rights and salt industry have become increasingly important in China's macro-control process,playing a role related to social stability and public security.In 2015,like other regions across the country,fengxian incorporated all the functions of the administration for industry and commerce,the food and drug administration,and the quality and technology supervision administration into the newly established market supervision administration.In 2019,part of the functions of the intellectual property office,the price bureau and the salt bureau were merged into the market supervision administration,which truly realized the supervision over all aspects of the entire market economy.By applying the theory of service-oriented government and intelligent government to analyze the supervision of fengxian county market supervision administration,it is concluded that the problems existing in the current supervision are the shortage of grassroots market supervisors and their working ability to be improved.Second,the grassroots market supervision is not in place;Third,the grass-roots market supervision information is not unobstructed;Fourth,the grassroots supervision is relatively weak and lack of punishment linkage mechanism.The reasons for the above problems are that the professional quality of the supervision team does not adapt to the development of the new form,the allocation of the supervision force is not reasonable,the ideological and theoretical level of the supervisors is low,the integration degree of the supervision responsibility is not high,the supervision and assessment mechanism has loopholes and lacks linkage mechanism.By referring to the advanced practices of other regions,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to solve the supervision problems of fengxian county market supervision administration,which is to strengthen the construction of supervision team and improve the working ability of supervision personnel.Reasonable allocation of regulatory power and transformation of regulatory mode;Strengthening the degree of integration of supervisory functions;Improve the supervision and assessment mechanism and establish the linkage mechanism with relevant departments.
