Study On The Application Of Balanced Scorecard In The Performance Evaluation Of County Bank In China

As a new type of financial institution,the county bank has developed rapidly in recent years and enriched the rural financial market,but the business orientation and wind control level have exposed some problems and afected its long-term development,so it is of great practical significance to build a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system for the county bank to help it improve its management performance and management ability.On the basis of consulting domestic and foreign literature,this paper introduces the theory of goal management,comprehensive risk theory and the related theory and concept of balanced scorecard evaluation system.According to the current situation of the development of county banks in China,taking M County Bank in Inner Mongolia as an example,on the basis of systematic discussion of the problems related to the management of county banks and the existing performance evaluation,the reasons for the balanced scorecard are explained for the performance evaluation of county banks,and the performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard is constructed for M County Bank,and the performance evaluation system based on the balanced scorecard is constructed by the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method to evaluate the 2019 operation performance of M County Bank,and improve the asset structure,improve the financial management level,pay attention to the target market and the core customer.Strengthen the staff training and other aspects of the management proposal,and from the strategic implementation,evaluation system operating environment and other aspects of analysis,in order to other county banks to introduce a balanced scorecard.
