Research On The Enterprise Disruptive Technological Innovation Based On STS Vision

With the emergence of a new-round scientific and technological revolution in the world and the accelerated transformation of the industry,innovation-driven development has become the core strategy for enterprises to improve competitive advantages.Disruptive technological innovation that can bring about dual changes in industry and market is the key for enterprises to adapt to the market changes,it can also meet the demand of Chinese present economic and social development.Enterprise disruptive technological innovation is an interdisciplinary field that combines multidisciplinary knowledge together,such as philosophy,political science and management.Through the integrated use of literature researching,comparison and induction,questionnaire survey and qualitative analysis method,this dissertation studies the enterprise disruptive technological innovation based on the STS vision.Firstly,this dissertation comments on the relevant theories of STS and enterprise disruptive technological innovation,interprets the connotation and the nature of STS vision,analyzes the connotation,characteristics and types of disruptive technological innovation.Secondly,with the using of grounded theory,disruptive technological innovation driving factors of enterprises are analyzed through the open coding,spindle type coding and select type coding,after the theoretical saturation test,this dissertation finds out five driving factors which lead to enterprise disruptive technological innovation,including the enterprise innovation will,the enterprise management status,present market conditions,innovation policy environment and the level of technological development.Thirdly,this dissertation shows the relationship between each driving factor and the enterprise disruptive technological innovation behavior by constructing a theoretical model of driving factors of enterprise disruptive technological innovation behavior.Meanwhile,this dissertation combines this theoretical model with resent research results to construct a conceptual model of driving mechanism of enterprise disruptive technologicalinnovation,and analyzes the driving mechanism of enterprise disruptive technological innovation from the perspective of interaction between science,technology and society.By combining the above research and the development condition of enterprise disruptive technological innovation in China together,this dissertation finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for enterprise disruptive technological innovation from the main level in the aspects of policy strategy formulation,innovation environment creation,enterprise internal management and technological innovation ethics.This dissertation is not only the application and expansion of STS theory,but also the enrichment and supplement of disruptive technological innovation theory.The results of this dissertation can provide reference for the disruptive technological innovation of enterprises.
