The Study On Driving Factors Of Technological Innovation For Nano Enterprises In Beijing

Technological innovation has promoted the change of industrial structure.As a kind of high-techs,Nanotechnology,with high efficiency and radiation characteristics,has played an important role in transforming traditional industries and gestating emerging industries.Nanotechnology is given high expectation by the community,and is a key focus of technological innovation.In order to build a driving system of technological innovation for nano enterprises in Beijing and provide theoretical basis and practical reference for their innovation development,the study decomposes driving factors of technological innovation from internal and external angle,and analyzes driving factors structure,influence degree and driving mechanism of technological innovation for nano enterprises in Beijing.The data is got by the ways of interview and questionnaire survey,and AMOS and SPSS softwares are used to process data and make the empirical analysis from the 234 questionnaires collected.In the process of empirical analysis,the study builds a structural equation model on the technological innovation between driving factors and the innovation ability of nano enterprises in Beijing,in which the study makes confirmatory factor analysis,goodness of fit analysis,path analysis,factor weights analysis and moderating analysis,etc.According to the empirical results,exogenous motivation and endogenous motivation are found to have different impacts on innovation input and innovation output which belong to innovation ability in direct or indirect way.Exogenous motivation has significant impacts on endogenous motivation,and innovation input significantly influences on innovation output.The protection of intellectual property for nano industry and the existing nano technology level for enterprises are the key dring factors in exogenous motivation and endogenous motivation.In addition,the different control variables have different moderating effects on driving factors while they make influences.Accordingly,corresponding suggestions are put forward from three perspectives of enterprises,governments,research institutions,aimed at multidimensionally completing innovation chain in some aspects like technology,talent,culture,policy,system and cooperation so as to promote the technological innovation of nano enterprises.
