| In this paper, we combine strategic management theory, competition tactics theory, core ability theory and vender manage theory with selection policy of disruptive technological innovation and progressive technological innovation. We established the general theoretical explanation model.According to the general theoretical explanation model, we combined with Sharp, Sony, Nokia and Apple case study analysis found that:firstly, the specialization strategy for enterprises to choose breakthrough technological innovation has a positive effect influence; diversification strategy for enterprises to choose progressive technological innovation have positive influence; market challenger position of enterprises choose disruptive technology innovation has a positive effect influence; market leader has a positive impact on companies choose progressive technological innovation. Secondly, the technical capabilities and innovative provider of choice to support these two factors affect the progressive breakthrough technology innovation and technology innovation persists throughout the dynamic process. Thirdly, corporate strategy, market position, technology ability and innovation vendor support these four factors together affect breakthrough technology innovation and progressive technology innovation choice. For enterprise technical innovation and progressive breakthrough technology innovation choice is a dynamic process, not a one-time choice.On this basis, the paper summarizes Sharp, Sony, Nokia and Apple four companies in disruptive technology innovation combined effect of multiple factors and progressive technological innovation choice mechanism. This paper also presents conclusions based management inspiration.
