In today’s highly uncertain and increasingly competitive business environment,innovation has become a major source of competitive advantage for enterprises,and is related to the survival and sustainable development of enterprises.Service innovation drives the development of service enterprises,which can improve service quality and service efficiency by providing new products and services,thereby achieving simultaneous improvement of customer satisfaction and loyalty,corporate image and profitability.In service industry,employees are core resources,and whether they can provide creative services to customers is crucial to the development of service enterprises.How to improve employee service innovation,achieve innovation to lead the development of the service industry is a major issue that both enterprise management practitioners and management scholars are paying close attention to.At present,enterprises pay more attention to the function of human resource management.However,it is not enough to focus solely on the content of human resource management.The effective communication of human resource management information(human resource management strength)is the key factor to change employees’ attitudes,behaviors and performance.Therefore,from the perspective of human resource management strength,this study builds a model between human resource management strength,employee creativity,psychological ownership,inclusive climate and service innovation based on social cognitive theory,social exchange theory,social identity theory,social information processing theory.On the basis of analyzing the effect of human resource management strength on service innovation,this study explores the mediating role of employee creativity in the relationship between human resource management strength and service innovation,the adjustment role of psychological ownership and inclusive climate in the transformation of employee creativity to service innovation.Firstly,based on the review of human resource management strength,employee creativity,psychological ownership,inclusive climate,service innovation and related theories,this study builds the theoretical model;then,obtains data through questionnaires,and uses SPSS 23.0 and Process procedure to test the model based on 324 Samples of service workers from Beijing,Shandong,and Jiangsu provinces,including: reliability analysis,validity analysis,common method bias analysis,descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,and hierarchical regression analysis.The empirical analysis verifies the theoretical model of this study,conclusions are as follows: the higher the strength of human resource management,the easier it is for employees to achieve service innovation;employee creativity plays a mediating role in the relationship between human resource management strength and service innovation;the interaction between employee creativity,psychological ownership and inclusive atmosphere has a significant positive impact on service innovation,that is,psychological ownership and inclusive climate can promote the transformation of employee creativity to service innovation.Finally,based on the research process and conclusions,this study proposes three targeted management suggestions,and analyzes the shortcomings and limitations in this study,and proposes a prospect for future study. |
