In recent years,China has entered a new economic normal characterized by"lower speed and higher efficiency","public entrepreneurship,innovation",traditional industry reform and the rapid rise of modern service industry has become the new engine of China’s economic development.In the context of globalization,more and more returnees choose to return back to work,and they have become an important force in corporate innovation activities.In this situation,due to the failure to overcome cultural differences,some returnees are unable to adapt to the environment of enterprise and finally unable to exert their pent-up creativity,resulting in the waste and the turnover of the returned employees.Therefore,this study focuses on how to stimulate the creativity of returnees.The number of returnees in China has risen sharply.However,enterprise managers have no idea how to stimulate the creativity of returned employees,and there is no relevant research in the academic circles providing reference and suggestions.Based on the current situation of the poor adaption of returned employees after repatriation,this study suggests that repatriation adjustment may be an important factor in improving the creativity of returned employees.Reviewing relevant theories and empirical research results of repatriation adjustment,this study probes into the influence of repatriation adjustment on employee creativity from the perspective of adjustment,and proposes a theoretical model of inclusive climate,work adjustment,interaction adjustament,cultural distance and employee creativity.Combining variables’ mature scale,we collected a total of 162 returned employees’ effective questionnaires and conducts research on 2 high-tech enterprises,then we used the data analysis software SPSS23.0 and LISREL8.70 for data analysis.From the collected data,we can draw the conclusions as follows.First,work adjustment is a mediator between the relation of inclusive climate(equitable employment practices and inclusion in decision making)and employee creativity,interaction adjustment is a mediator between the relation of inclusive climate(integration of differences)and employee creativity.Second,work adjustment is a partial mediator between the relation of interaction adjustment and employee creativity.Third,Cultural distance has a positive regulation in the process of inclusive climate influencing interaction adjustment.These studies fills the blank of the research on returned employees’ creativity,reveals the influence of repatriation adjustment on returned employees’ creativity,and gives relevant suggestions on promoting the repatriation adjustment(work adjustment and interaction adjustment)of returned employees,which are of great importance to the theoretical research and the practice of returned employees.
