| As China’s economy enters a new normal,competition in the insurance industry is becoming increasingly fierce.Facing the increasingly complex external environment,more and more insurance companies choose to optimize and improve their performance evaluation to enhance their core competitiveness,and the establishment of a mature performance evaluation system can not only give employees comprehensive,objective,Open and fair performance appraisal can also effectively stimulate the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of employees to participate in the work,promote the improvement of the overall performance level of the enterprise,and promote the long-term development of the enterprise.The performance evaluation system adopted by the e-commerce department of the People’s Insurance Company of China(People’s Insurance)JN Branch at this stage has been unable to meet the current development needs of the enterprise,while reducing the enthusiasm and creativity of employees to a certain extent,and leading to The high turnover rate has seriously hindered the company’s development.This paper proposes a set of feasible optimization schemes to solve the problems in the current performance evaluation system of the e-commerce department of the People’s Insurance JN branch,in order to improve the work performance of e-commerce sales staff while reducing the turnover rate,and promote the company’s long-term development.This article first sorts out the theoretical process of research on performance appraisal,conducts a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the performance appraisal and evaluation system adopted by the e-commerce department of the People’s Insurance JN branch at the current stage,and finds that there are evaluation indicators in the current performance appraisal and evaluation system Unreasonable design,inadequate process,lack of effective feedback mechanism and inadequate application of assessment results;afterwards,dig deeper into these issues to get the lack of performance management personnel’s ideas and skills,inadequate performance assessment and evaluation supporting system and performance assessment indicators The single angle in the design process is the reason for the above problems;then the system analysis and research are carried out according to the actual situation and characteristics of the e-commerce department.According to the principle of combining qualitative and quantitative indicators,the non-performance in the performance evaluation indicator system is further improved.Financial indicators,and use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights ofdifferent assessment indicators,give the assessment dimensions of each indicator,and the performance assessment cycle and assessment method.At the same time,it is also recommended that the assessment results should be applied to employee compensation management,training development,Level rise and personnel transfer and other aspects related to the professional development of employees;finally,some guarantee measures for the organization,system and personnel are given to ensure the smooth implementation of the performance evaluation system of the e-commerce department of the PICC JN branch. |
