Along with the times of knowledge economy,the development and management of human resources has played an important role in modern enterprise management.P erformance appraisal,attached great importance by more and more enterprises,has be come the core of the development and management of human resources.Enterprises r egard it as the important way to achieve strategic goals and improve management effi ciency.Scientific performance appraisal is the prerequisite and basis for effective ince ntive management,which will play a good role in promoting the improvement of ente rprise performance,effectively improving the work enthusiasm of every employee,en abling the strong to win higher status and benefits as well as giving the weak pressure and motivation,and ultimately promote the realization of enterprise goals.As far as C hina's private real estate enterprises are concerned,the whole industry has changed fro m capital-intensive in the past to talent-intensive nowadays.Although many private e nterprises have realized that performance appraisal is an important category of perfor mance management and plays a great role in human resource management,there is sti ll a widespread perfunctory phenomenon in practice.Taking a local private real estate enterprise as the research object,through the stu dy of the performance appraisal system of its employees,this paper's author is focuse d on the analysis of its current situation and existing problems.As performance apprai sal takes no account of the functions of different positions and quantitative description,it simply divides employees into managers and salesmen.Based on the actual situatio n of the enterprise,the analytic hierarchy process,360 degree assessment method are a pplied to the performance appraisal improvement scheme to make it more scientific a nd objective.Furthermore,a performance appraisal system suitable for the characteris tics of the enterprise is explored,and the application and implementation guarantee of corresponding performance appraisal results are proposed.Finally,it can promote the staff to improve their job performance satisfaction and work enthusiasm and realize th e stable development of the enterprise.
