Study On The Symbiosis Mechanism Of Rural Professional Cooperatives

Operation mechanism is the internal mechanism for cooperatives to realize their own development,which determines whether the development path of professional cooperatives is healthy and sustainable.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the "operation symbiosis mechanism of rural professional cooperatives".In our country,the farmer specialized cooperative is a farmer cooperative organization which integrates the main body of market,the effective entity of collective economy and the effective carrier of social management.With the rapid development of China's socialist market economy,the agricultural production mode under the household contract responsibility system can no longer meet the needs of agricultural development.The contradiction between the small-scale agricultural production and the large market demand requires the change of the traditional agricultural production mode.As a rural collective economic organization,the farmers' Professional cooperatives are born and developed on this basis.The development of professional cooperatives has both political and economic significance.On the one hand,farmers' professional cooperatives participate in rural governance,promote the construction of rural civilization,and protect the rural ecological environment;on the other hand,it is conducive to the realization of the development of rural industry,the creation of rural wealth,and the completion of the historical task of increasing farmers' income and becoming rich.Both political significance and economic function reflect the development of rural society.As a result of regional differences,China's professional cooperatives present the status quo of "all over the country,but the modes are different",and the operation mechanism of professional cooperatives in all regions is also quite different.Most of the operation modes of cooperatives are symbiotic modes integrating cooperatives,farmers and local governments,but the operation mechanisms of professional cooperatives are quite different.Focusing on the operation mechanism of professional cooperatives as the research theme,this paper takes symbiosis theory as the main theoretical basis,through the field survey of the development process of C Village professional cooperatives,collects a lot of data,and analyzes the operation mechanism and implementation conditions of C Village professional cooperatives.First of all,the author combs out the rationality of the symbiosis mechanism through the reform process of the operation mode of the specialized cooperatives in Village C;secondly,through the study of the current symbiosis mechanism,it is known that the farmers,the specialized cooperatives and the local governments are linked together through the symbiosis mechanism of interests,the symbiosis mechanism of responsibility and the policy guarantee mechanism,forming a community of mutual benefit and symbiosis Get symbiotic benefits.Finally,the success of the operation mechanism of professional cooperatives requires the corresponding conditions.By discussing the operation of the symbiosis mechanism,the author draws the following conclusions:first,the interests of farmers are the core of the existence of symbiosis;second,the responsibility sharing mechanism is the key to the development of symbiosis;third,the change of policy environment is the guarantee of the operation of symbiosis mechanism.The three symbiotic units of farmers,professional cooperatives and government departments form a good interactive relationship because of the mutual connection and common development of the three symbiotic mechanisms,and finally present a mutually beneficial symbiotic state.
