Research On Symbiotic Relationship Among Production,Supply & Marketing And Credit Cooperatives In China

The issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers are fundamental to the national economy and people's livelihood.With the implementation of China's “rural revitalization” strategy and the continuous advance of agricultural supply-side structural reform,new requirements have been put forward for the construction of agricultural socialized service system and new agricultural cooperative economic system in China.Meanwhile,agricultural practice of the developed countries worldwide indicates the international agricultural cooperative economy has entered into the new period of joint and cooperative development.In 2017,the “trinity”comprehensive cooperation of production,supply and marketing and credit was proposed in No.1 document of the central government which aroused wide attention from the academic and political circles.From the perspective of industrial organization,how to promote the cooperation among the farmer specialized cooperatives,supply and marketing cooperatives and credit cooperatives(referred to as the “three cooperatives”)is a common problem faced by the theoretical and industrial circles in China.In view of the rich practical background of cooperative economic development at home and abroad,this paper put forward and explained thoroughly the theoretical viewpoint of establishing symbiotic system among “three cooperatives” based on symbiosis theory and the theory of agricultural industry chain cooperation.The “three cooperatives” symbiosis system refers to the total symbiosis relationship formed by the three cooperatives as symbiosis units conducts the production,circulation,finance,science and technology and other symbiosis activities on multiple symbiosis interfaces relying on multiple symbiosis modes in a certain symbiosis environment.By means of mathematical economics,questionnaire survey,factor analysis,DEA and case analysis,this paper carried out corresponding theoretical and empirical analysis on the core concept of “three cooperatives”symbiosis system,and combined the theory with the practice of “three cooperatives”symbiosis in China through case analysis in the new era.This paper laid out a theoretical foundation for the study on how to alleviate the cooperation dilemma of“three cooperatives” and promote the symbiotic cooperation mechanism and management system.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:Firstly,as the main part of the thesis,the paper propounded the concept of “three cooperatives” symbiotic system after analyzing the theoretical symbiotic condition based on concept definition and literature review.This paper made a systematic and comprehensive analysis of the connotation,basic elements,nature,symbiotic interface,stability condition and operating mechanism of the “three cooperatives” symbiotic system to construct a new analysis framework,which laid a theoretical foundation for the later empirical and case analysis in later text.Secondly,the stability and efficiency of the operation of “three cooperatives” symbiotic system were analyzed.In terms of stability,the paper proposed fifteen factors affecting the stability of the symbiosis system of “three cooperatives” on basis of the three elements of symbiosis.Factor analysis method was adopted to test each index and six factor dimensions were concluded by questionnaire design and investigation.Both the six factor dimensions and fifteen influencing factors constituted the influencing factors set for the stability of the “three cooperatives” symbiotic system and the interrelations among the factor dimensions are explained with practice,which laid a foundation for the research on the management mechanism for the stability of the relations in the “three cooperatives”.In terms of operating efficiency,an operating efficiency evaluation model of the “three cooperatives” symbiosis system was built,and an index set of the system efficiency was set up by DEA method.Then an empirical analysis of the efficiency measurement was structured using the provincial and regional data.The study found the overall efficiency of the “three cooperatives” symbiosis system in China is low,and there are great differences in provinces and regions.The existenceof “symbiotic inertia” among symbiotic units is the reason for the low system efficiency.Improving the loan of credit cooperatives to specialized cooperatives and the number of cooperatives run by supply and marketing cooperatives plays a key role in promoting the symbiotic efficiency of the provincial and regional “three cooperatives” symbiosis system.Thirdly,in order to apply the theory well,this paper has studied the agricultural association in Rui'an as a case,and analyzed its composition and structure of symbiosis unit,symbiosis formation,the content of the symbiotic interface and the symbiotic energy generation in the framework of the“three cooperatives” symbiotic system.It concludes that the organizational stage of agricultural association in Rui'an system can be divided into three levels: principal domain,symbiosis domain and alliance domain.At present,Rui'an agricultural association has developed from the principal domain as the primary stage to the symbiosis domain as the intermediate stage.It is more suitable to use the symbiosis theory to guide the “three cooperatives” relationship to form a symbiosis system.Finally,this paper analyzed the policy suggestions to promote the stable and efficient operation of the “three cooperatives” symbiosis system from the three symbiosis elements based on the previous theoretical research and empirical results.They includes to improve the symbiosis unit from improving the compatibility of quality parameters between symbiosis units and the organizational performance of symbiosis units externally and internally,to optimize the symbiosis mode by opening up the channel of symbiosis interface elements and promoting the innovation and optimization of symbiosis mode,and to improve the symbiosis environment from the aspects of policy environment,legal environment,market environment and industrial environment.Only the co-action of three elements with their contents can guarantee the positive operation of “three cooperatives” symbiosis system effectively.The innovation of this paper can be summarized from three aspects.Firstly,a systematic and complete theoretical analysis framework of the “three cooperatives”symbiosis system is proposed on the basis of existing theories.Secondly,an evaluation index system of the stability factors of the “three cooperatives” symbiosis system is constructed,and the factor dimensions are concluded by empirical test.Finally,an evaluation model of operating efficiency of the “three cooperatives”symbiosis system is conducted from the input-output perspective,and some findings are found after efficiency measurement at the provincial and regional levels in China.
