Evaluation Of Logistics Competitiveness Of Lanzhou Under The Background Of"One Belt And One Road"

As the important interior node city set up by ?Vision and action of jointly building the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21 st century Maritime Silk Road?,Lanzhou is facing its precious developing opportunity which is brought by the Belt and Road.It is the key whether Lanzhou can seize the opportunity to change its backward situation of urban economy.With the opening of this international channel,competition is accompanied by opportunities,It will be the most important development problem how to compete with other “One Belt One Road” cities,especially the neighboring cities,and to gain competitive advantage in the core competitiveness of Lanzhou.With the development of modern logistics and the maturity of the research on the mechanism of interaction between logistics and economy,the status of modern logistics has been significantly improved.Its support and contribution to the urban economy are increasingly prominent.Urban logistics competitiveness has gradually become an important part of urban competitiveness.Therefore,improving the logistics competitiveness of Lanzhou has become the key to improving the competitiveness of Lanzhou and even its core competitiveness.Based on the theory of competitive advantage,comparative advantage and related city competitiveness,this paper establishes an evaluation index system of urban logistics competitiveness that fits my research purpose,selects six representative cities in the “One Belt One Road” node cities to compare with Lanzhou,and utilizes the quantitative analysis method and the improved TOPSIS model used to calculate and analyze the indicator layer data.The relative closeness indicators are used to rank the scores of each city in 2014-2018,so that the horizontal and vertical dimensions are compared.The key indicator of logistics competitiveness is to find the shortcomings of Lanzhou's urban logistics competitiveness,and based on this,we proposes corresponding countermeasures.Firstly,according to the process of evaluation and analysis of the overall competitiveness of urban logistics of the seven object-cities,it is found that Lanzhou is at the bottom place,only higher than Haikou.Secondly,according to the results of a sub-study of the first-level indicators of the urban logistics competitiveness evaluation index system established in this paper,Lanzhou has the bottom of competitiveness at seven levels,and the gap between Beijing and Guangzhou's urban logistics sub-competitiveness is relatively large,it means the weakness of the overall competitiveness of urban logistics is coursed by the weakness of sub-item competitiveness.Finally,by the process of evaluation and analysis of Lanzhou's urban logistics sub-competitiveness from 2014 to 2018,this paper find the short board,which seriously restrict the development of Lanzhou's urban logistics competitiveness.According to all analyses have been done,this article puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve Lanzhou's urban logistics competitiveness.
