Research On The Competitiveness Evaluation Of Shaanxi Province Air Logistics Industry

In the space of Speed Economy,air logistics has been favored by enterprises because of its characteristics of high speed,no geographical restrictions and high intact rate.Air logistics needs to use the airport as an operating platform.With the help of the airport freight area,the regional logistics industry has constantly guided to the high-end and efficient development.The surrounding areas in Shaanxi province have more attractive policy environment and infrastructure in developing air logistics,leading to the loss of local aviation resources and the difficulty of gathering aviation preference industries.In this context,the author studies the competitiveness of the air logistics industry in Shaanxi province.Based on the definition of air logistics and the concept of air logistics industry competitiveness,the author narrows the scope of airport research to Xi'an Xianyang International Airport by using HHI thought,and then analyzes the development status of Shaanxi air logistics industry around Xi'an airport.Based on the use of diamond model theory and the result of the competition evaluation method to establish the air logistics industry competitiveness model,the author summarizes the influence of air logistics industry competitiveness five factors:appeared competitiveness,factors of production,market demand,related industries and government policy.Taking these five factors,the author sets up the evaluation index system of the competitiveness of air logistics industry.The author selects principal components analysis method to optimize the evaluation index system to avoid information overlapping.The author applies the weighting method of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy method,then establishes the evaluation model of an air logistics industry competitiveness based on the grey correlation degree analysis.In addition,Henan Province,Sichuan Province and Chongqing city,which have direct competition relations with Shaanxi Province,are selected as the underlying objects.It is concluded that the correlation degree of Shaanxi air logistics industry competitiveness is the lowest.The analysis finds that Shaanxi Province has deficiencies in the development of air logistics industry relative to the other three places and puts forward some suggestions to improve the competitiveness of the air logistics industry in Shaanxi province.
