Research On Agricultural Modernization In Henan Province From The Perspective Of Marxism

China is a large agricultural country.Since the reform and opening up,China has always firmly adhered to the basic status of agriculture in the development of the national economy,and continuously introduced relevant policies to support the development of agricultural modernization,so as to gradually improve the overall development level of agricultural factors.Despite the great achievements,there are still factors restricting the modernization of agriculture,such as a weak agricultural foundation,insufficient agricultural industrialization and scale management,and the widening gap between urban and rural areas,at the same time,compared with developed countries or developing countries and regions of the same level,the overall level of my country's agricultural modernization development is still relatively backward.At the same time.2020 is the year when the well-off society will be completed,and it is in a decisive period to win the battle against poverty.How to realize the transformation of agricultural modernization under this background is a major problem that needs to be solved urgently.The 19 th session of national congress of the communist party of China proposed the rural revitalization Strategy,By 2035,rural revitalization will make decisive progress and further emphasize the important position of agricultural modernization.As a major agricultural province,Henan Province has good advantages in advancing agricultural modernization and has great reference significance for my country's agricultural modernization.The Henan Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government attach great importance to the construction of agricultural modernization.Under the guidance of the spirit of the 19 th session of national congress of the communist party of China,we have paid close attention to the practical problems of the“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”in Henan Province,and have promulgated a series of relevant policies to promote agricultural modernization Construction will promote the transformation of Henan Province from a major agricultural province to a strong agricultural province.Henan's agricultural modernization in the new period is facing new challenges.The task of agricultural modernization is arduous and representative.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the current level of agricultural modernization and existing problems in Henan Province for the full realization of agricultural modernization in Henan Province.This article is based on Marxist agricult ural modernization theory,combined with Western scholars' theory of agricultural modernization development,using literature research,empirical analysis,comparative analysis and other methods to sort out relevant domestic and foreign research results,and fully draw on the development of agricultural modernization in western developed countries experience,and through quantitative research on indicators,more objectively and clearly reflect the level and problems of agricultural modernization construction in Henan Province,so as to put forward effective countermeasures and suggestion.Firstly,the paper defines the concept of agricultural modernization and modern agriculture,and analyzes the theories of agricultural modernization of Marx,Engels and Lenin,the theories of the leadership core of the previous party and the theories of western scholars.Secondly,it systematically elaborated the current situation of agricultural modernization construction in Henan Province,and specifically analyzed the situation of agricultural resources in Henan Province,agricultural production in Henan Province,comprehensive agricultural output in Henan Province,rural economic development in Henan Province and agricultural sustainable development in Henan.Thirdly,the evaluation system for the level of agricultural modernization in Henan Province was constructed,and four first-level indicators were selected: agricultural input level,agricultural output level,rural economic development level and agricultural sustainable development level.The entropy method is used to measure the level of agricultural modernization in Henan Province.The data comes from the data published in the Henan Statistical Yearbook and Statistical Bulletin from 2011 to 2018 and the China Statistical Yearbook in 2019.The upward trend,but the level of development is not yet perfect,and specific analysis of the problems in the process of agricultural modernization in Henan Province.Finally,in line with the 19 th session of national congress of the communist party of China,the state has put forwarda series of policies to promote agricultural and rural modernization,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions in view of the current problems in the agricultural modernization of Henan Province.In short,it can be concluded that the current level of agricultural modernization in Henan Province is still not perfect,and there are some problems,such as low government financial investment in agriculture,imperfect agricultural infrastructure construction,agricultural industrialization,low scale operation,and agricultural practice.The quality of personnel is not high,and the construction of agricultural ecological environment is backward.Agricultural modernization must not only realize the modernization of agriculture itself,Namely,the modernization of technology,organization and management,but also realize the modernization of all aspects on the basis of handling the relationship between agriculture and other departments.Therefore,Henan Province agricultural modernization construction must resolutely implement the guidance of Marxist agricultural modernization theory,adhere to the problem-oriented,strive to overcome the difficulties in agricultural modernization construction,and effectively solve the problems of Henan agricultural modernization construction.
