In order to thoroughly implement the guiding spirit of "China's economy has changed from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage" proposed in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the central rural work conference at the end of 2017 first proposed to take the road of "high-quality development of Agriculture",and all parts of the country are responding positively.However,in practice,it is found that the high-quality development of agriculture is inseparable from financial support,which can provide important financing channels for the high-quality development of agriculture.Only by doing a real,deep and thorough research on the issue of financial support for high-quality agricultural development can we promote the process of high-quality agricultural development.In this paper,literature research,survey research,statistical analysis and other research methods are used to make an empirical analysis of Yiyang County's financial support for high-quality agricultural development.The literature research method is mainly used to sort out the literature review of the article;the survey research method is mainly reflected in the supplement and explanation of the current situation,problems and causes of the high-quality development of Yiyang County's financial support agriculture,as well as the relevant content of the optimization countermeasures;the statistical analysis of the collected questionnaire data is the specific application of the statistical analysis method.Through investigation,we found that in recent years,Yiyang County of Henan Province has also actively explored the way of financial support for high-quality development of agriculture,and has made some achievements,which are mainly reflected in the increasingly complete financial organization system,the significant increase of rural credit scale,etc.;but there are also some problems,which are mainly reflected in the prominent imbalance between supply and demand of agricultural loans,and the inability of financial products to adapt There are many reasons for the problems,such as the diversified demand of the main body involved in agriculture,the high cost of financing and the more serious obstruction of the new type of agricultural operation.They are mainly reflected in the contradiction between the insufficient supply and the increased demand,the contradiction between the loan limit term and the entity demand,the contradiction between the bank mortgage requirements and the entity asset form,and so on.We should optimize the Yiyang County gold In order to support the high-quality development of agriculture,it is necessary to take multiple measures at the same time,such as giving full play to the role of government guidance,establishing a diversified financial support system to improve the level of agricultural credit rationing,innovating rural financial products and financing models to meet the diversified financing needs,and so on.The innovation of this paper: first,try to combine "financial support" with "high quality development of agriculture".At the same time,taking Yiyang County of Luoyang City as an example,according to the data collection and arrangement of rural financial institutions,the research on financial support in the high-quality development of county agriculture is supplemented and improved.Second,try to put forward some more clear ideas of financial support for high-quality agricultural development.Through visiting and investigating the farmers and bank employees in Yiyang County,we can get the first-hand information,analyze the existing problems of local financial support and the urgent needs of agricultural practitioners,and then put forward more practical countermeasures and financial support ideas according to local conditions.
