County economy is an important part of the national economy, and it is the fundamental carrier of solving the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers. It is also the "livelihood economy" of narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas and realizing the coordinated development of the region.Finance is the core of modern economy, which is related to the overall situation of economic development. The financial ecological environment is the foundation of the survival and healthy development of the financial. County financial ecological environment as the most basic part of the whole financial ecological environment system, in the financial ecological environment system construction and the county economic and financial coordination development has a decisive role. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to further explore the county financial ecological environment construction, to improve the regional financial ecological environment and to ensure the economic and financial coordination and sustainable development.This paper used the economic and financial ecological theory as basis, selected Jishui County as the research object, the integrated use of bibliography retrieval, field survey, qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, first of all, a comprehensive analysis of the Jishui County Financial Ecological Construction and development of the status quo, subsequently of Jishui County Financial ecological built conditions are analyzed and studied, through the evaluation analysis and induction, analysis of the problems still exist in Jishui County financial ecological environment construction and its causes. Finally, combining the fact of Jishui County, this paper put forward the policy recommendations.
