A Research Of Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Farmers' Income In Hubei Province In The New Era

The issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has always been the focus of attention in China.Since entering the new era,the state has attached more importance to rural areas,agriculture and farmers.An important part of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is to increase farmers' income.The improvement of farmers' income can effectively narrow the urban-rural income gap,improve the development level of rural and agricultural areas and the living standard of farmers,and further promote economic development and social harmony,which is of great strategic significance.But at present our country farmer income is in commonly medium low level.In the new era,how to adapt to the new normal of rapid economic growth to slow down and achieve new results in farmers' income is a major practical problem facing China today.Hubei province is a very important agricultural province in China,but the farmers' income level is not high on the whole.Therefore,taking hubei province as an example,this paper,on the basis of analyzing farmers' income in the new era,deeply analyzes the main factors affecting the increase of farmers' income through qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,and finally puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to improve farmers' income.This paper mainly draws the following conclusions:First,in the new era after 2013,the income level of farmers in hubei province is in the middle of the national level,which is basically the same as the national average.The gap between farmers' income and urban residents' income is large,and the difference between different regions is large.Among the sources of farmers' income in hubei province,family operating income accounts for the main source,followed by wage income,while transfer income and property income account for a small part.Secondly,the influencing factors of farmers' income in hubei province mainly include system factor,manpower factor,production factor and investment factor.By choosing specific indicators of all kinds of factors on the empirical analysis of contribution on the targets of increase in the farmers' income in hubei province from big to small prioritize appropriate amount,total power of agricultural machinery,agricultural fertilizer for fiscal expenditure proportion,urbanization rate,farmers affected by education level,effective irrigation area,per capita agricultural investment in fixed assets and price indices of means of agricultural production;The contribution of the index to the suppression of farmers' income in hubei province is the proportion of the output value of the primary industry and the proportion of the employees in the primary industry.Thirdly,based on the results of empirical analysis,the author believes that in the development after the new era,hubei province should accelerate the optimization of agricultural production structure,improve the level of agricultural modernization and optimize the structure of agricultural industry.We will increase investment in agriculture,increase financial support for agriculture,and expand investment in rural fixed assets.Improving the level of urbanization;We will raise the level of input in agricultural labor,increase input in farmers' education,and optimize the employment structure of rural labor.
