Research On Rural Socialized Elderly Care Services In Hongya County,Sichuan Province

Due to the historical reasons for the dual development of urban and rural areas,compared with cities and towns,the elderly resident care in rural area are facing greater difficulties.Under the social background of the increasingly obvious aging trend,the socialized care model centered on community care and commercial care has become an important way to resolve the shortcomings of care services in rural areas,and has received high attention from the government and society.However,limited by economic development and social culture,the development of the socialized care model in rural areas still faces many problems and obstacles.How to improve and optimize the socialized elderly care services in rural areas is one of the important challenges for the Chinese government to improve the level of social public services.By sorting out and analyzing the current situation of residents’ care in rural areas of Hongya County,the existing problems and deficiencies are discussed and analyzed on the basis of field visits and investigations on the development of local socialized care services,and the internal reasons behind them discussed.Based on the viewpoints of welfare pluralism theory and public service socialization theory,and by clarifying the form and content of old-age care,the optimization measures and plans to improve the level and quality of rural socialized old-age care services in Hongya County are discussed and analyzed.Through the research,it is found that there are problems in the public elderly care services in the rural areas of Hongya County,such as inadequate system implementation,low service capacity of public elderly care institutions,and imperfect public resource system for elderly care services.There are problems such as low coverage rate,imperfect supporting infrastructure,and single service content and type in community elderly care services.There are some problems in commercial care services,such as the small number of care institutions and beds,the small scale of the commercial care insurance market,and the imperfect health support system for commercial cares.Through interviews and investigations of relevant personnel,it is found that the main reasons for the above problems include the lack of financial and financial resource guarantees in public elderly care services,the imperfect development environment of community elderly care services,and the imperfect development elements of commercial elderly care services.In view of the current problems existing in socialized elderly care services in rural areas of Hongya County,corresponding optimization suggestions and measures are put forward,including increasing the resource supply of rural public elderly care services,improving the development environment of community elderly care services,and improving the development elements of commercial elderly care services.Under the background of increasing social aging,socialized care has important practical significance for improving the overall level and quality of residents’ care services.The difficulties and environments faced by the development of socialized elderly care services in rural areas are more complex than those in cities and towns.The problems existing in the socialized care in the rural areas of Hongya County also exist in other parts of the country.The research results can not only provide support for the development of socialized elderly care services in the rural areas of Hongya County,but also provide reference and reference value for other regions.
