With the rapid development of globalization and integration of the world economy,and the in-depth implementation of China's 'Belt and Road' construction,Chinese construction companies have undertaken more and more international engineering projects.The long-term healthy development of a company in the international market depends largely on whether its human resource management activities are scientific and effective.Facing a different cultural background from their own country,on the one hand,companies must abide by local laws,and integrate into the local area as soon as possible;on the other hand,they must also fully consider the working characteristics and thinking in human resources activities from the perspective of local people Methods to achieve effective localized employee management.The continent's abundant labor force gives it a huge potential market.Due to the backward infrastructure construction in Africa,more and more Chinese construction companies have invested in Africa in recent years.In addition,the complicated management systems of African has restricted the development of construction enterprises to an opportunity and a challenge for the Chinese construction companies.This article mainly selects China Construction X Bureau's human resource management work in Algeria project as the research object,starting from the perspective of localized employees,expounds relevant theoretical knowledge,and analyzes the current human resource management status of the project in Algeria.,And explore the causes and possible solutions.Based on the theoretical guidance,combined with reality,it proposes optimization countermeasures from the aspects of selecting,hiring,educating and retaining people,and finally forms a set of optimization strategies suitable for Algerian workers.Furthermore,the localization rate of the project will be increased,the project will be fulfilled on time,and the economic benefits of the enterprise will be increased.
