Since entering the new century,the development of social economy into the era of knowledge economy,enterprise competition focus on technology innovation and management innovation..In order to enhance the economic benefits,gain the competitive advantage,many companies begins to learn from foreign advanced management experience and theory,one of the most representatives is the lean production.After years of practice,the basic methods and theories of lean production have been relatively mature and suitable for all aspects of the industry,but from the domestic lean production research and application situation,the analysis and application for lean production under the grassroots staff human resources management System is still relatively rare,this paper researches and puts forward the improvement program based on the previous studies together with reality of the enterprise lean production mode under the grassroots staff human resources management.The general research idea of thesis is first to understand and master the relevant research results at domestic and abroad by consulting the relevant research literature on lean production,and finally to form their own views and opinions on the way of human resource management of grassroots employees through processing,sorting and summarizing,all of these is the theoretical foundation for this study.Second through activities of the personal experience and in-depth visit to the production site in YS Bonding Magnet Co.Ltd.,through collection of detail staff views and views on the grass-roots staff of human resources management status,it shows comprehensive and detailed understanding of lean production practice staff human resources management.Finally,through the interviews and exchanges with the lean production management personnel of different departments of the company,we grasp the plan and content of the staff management of grassroots employees from the macroscopic level and explore the root causes that affect the deep implementation of enterprise lean production.Combined with the relevant theory and the application of the corresponding research methods,it solve the problems presented in this paper with a detailed description.By the summary of specific grassroots employees' human resource management in YS Bonding Magnet Co.Ltd.,and the relevant theory,thesis puts forward the grassroots staff management system based on the lean production,which will help the company to better implement the lean production in the future.The paper can not only provide some suggestions for the human resource management of the grassroots employees in YS Bonding Magnet Co.Ltd.,but also provide some reference for other companies in related industries.
