Under the background of economic globalization, with the increasingly fierce market competition, more and more enterprises realize the importance of enterprise resources- "people". The human resources management concept of "people-oriented" become to be promoted and implemented. Now, the enterprise human resources quality has become one of the key factors which promotes the development of enterprises. The human resources management level will directly related to the smooth realization of enterprise’s strategic target. In a sense, the effectiveness of enterprise human resources management will become a strategic factor of enterprise development, and form the basis of survival and development. In other words, the importance of human resource management has been increased from the original technical level to strategic level.YQ group is a company with institution reform, directly faces to the market, participates in the competition. It is faced with increasingly fierce competition since the restructuring in 2012. Due to the influence of various historical, subjective and objective reasons, YQ group is very poor in human resources management. The existing human structure and configuration cannot satisfy the sustainable development of the company, which mainly reflected in the original human resource administration and planning. It is lack of the human resources management system which adapt to the demand of its development strategy, both on the concept and management system. Such situation serious restricts the development and use of group talent value, directly cause the core brain drain and employee surplus, and cannot provide strong talent guarantee to meet the demand of market competition and the strategy.Therefore, the top priority of the YQ group, also the focus of company development, is to realize the enterprise status, change the traditional thinking, put the whole human resource management planning combined with company strategic objective which with highly operability and practicability, and make it serve for the realization of enterprise development strategy. This paper uses the methods of SWOT analysis, questionnaire investigation and case analysis, etc., combines with the related study achievement at home and abroad, studies on the human resource management optimization oriented with YQ group strategic, to seek for human resource management idea and mode optimization of YQ group, and hope to provid a new thought for the same type enterprise to solve the same problem.
