Research On Financial Analysis Application Of S Photovoltaic Company Based On Harvard Analysis Framework

Energy and environment are two outstanding problems that restrict the sustainable development of the world economy and society.Since the industrial revolution,the consumption of fossil energy such as oil,natural gas and coal has increased dramatically,and the pressure of ecological environment protection has increased day by day,forcing all countries in the world to seriously consider and take effective measures.Energy conservation and emission reduction,green development,development and utilization of all kinds of renewable energy have become the development strategies of all countries in the world.China's photovoltaic industry has experienced several twists and turns.At present,it has formed a mature and competitive photovoltaic industry chain.Under the background of rapid growth of European Photovoltaic installed capacity,China's photovoltaic manufacturing industry,which is in the leading position in the world,has rapidly formed its scale.In this paper,one of the most representative and fast-growing enterprises in photovoltaic industry is selected as the research object.In May 2018,S photoelectricity was punished by the CSRC for violation of regulations,and then was claimed for rights protection by the damaged shareholders.After more than a year,S optoelectronics still hasn't come out of the claimed vortex.As of January 2020,S optoelectronics Co.,Ltd.has received a total of 1163 civil litigation materials filed by multiple investors against the company,with a total litigation amount of 121015647.76 yuan.Therefore,based on the perspective of report users,this paper introduces Harvard analysis framework,an excellent financial analysis theory,into the analysis of China's photovoltaic industry,enriching the specific application of this theory in financial analysis,and helping the internal personnel of S optoelectronics to have a more comprehensive understanding of its financial situation,so as to make a reasonable understanding of its existing or potential problems The countermeasures can also help investors to make reasonable investment decisions.This is also a reference for companies with similar financial problems.This paper makes a concrete analysis of the financial statements issued by S Optoelectronics in recent years,discusses and evaluates the overall financial situation of S optoelectronics from the perspectives of strategy,accounting,finance and prospect,makes clear its advantages and existing problems in the development,then finds out the causes of its problems from strategic analysis and other perspectives,and finally combines the current industry shape Potential and the economic situation of the country,to provide corresponding feasible suggestions for improvement.In the development process of China's photovoltaic industry,the development process of S photovoltaic also represents a typical sample of enterprise development.
