Beer is one of the most common alcoholic beverages in our daily life.It originated in Europe and has been introduced to China since the early 20 th century.So far,China's beer industry has been in existence for a hundred years.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,especially since the 1980 s,thanks to the good policies of reform and opening up,the beer industry has achieved rapid development in the past 40 years and has achieved remarkable achievements.However,the beer industry has different characteristics from other industries at the same time,such as low unit value,low unit profit,wide consumption and high consumption frequency.It must rely on extensive market coverage to expand production scale.Increase sales to be profitable.Therefore,if beer companies want to maintain stable development in the industry,it is very necessary to carry out systematic and scientific analysis of the company's brand strategy,sales channels and financial management.This paper firstly points out the shortcomings of the traditional financial analysis methods in theory,and improves the traditional financial analysis through the combination of the ?four dimensions? of the Harvard analysis framework,so as to deepen the financial status and development prospects of the enterprise.Strategic positioning for more accurate and systematic analysis.Taking F Beer Company as an example,the Harvard analysis framework is used to comprehensively analyze it from the perspectives of strategy,finance,accounting and prospects.The strategic analysis includes external industry and competition analysis and internal business strategy analysis;financial analysis includes solvency,profitability,operational capability and development capability analysis;accounting analysis includes confirmation of major accounting policies and accounting estimates and major accounting subjects The definition;the prospect analysis includes the development status of F Beer Company and its future competitiveness and operational ability prediction.Finally,through the application of Harvard analysis framework in F beer company,it is the reason why it can take the lead in the beer industry,and the advantages and experience accumulated by F Beer Company in the development process.At the same time,it analyzes the current status of the beer industry,and then F The valuable experience of beer company development is applied to the beer industry,which gives corresponding suggestions for the development of the beer industry.
