L Real Estate Company's Risk Assessment And Control Research

In an increasingly complex economic environment,companies seeking to grow will eventually face the risks of uncertainty.Financial risks are widespread in daily business activities,which directly affect the company's future direction.The real estate industry seems to be an important part of China's economic structure.On the other hand,the competition is fierce and the financial risks are significant.Real estate companies generally have problems such as capital turnover difficulties,overstock and long liquidation cycle,so it is particularly important to strengthen the awareness of financial risk crisis,systematically evaluate financial risks and implement control measures in real estate companies.Based on financial risk and based on relevant theories of financial risk evaluation and control,this paper selects L real estate company as the research object.L real estate company is one of the large and medium-sized real estate companies in China,which belongs to the real estate industry.This paper first introduces the basic situation of L real estate company,analyzes its financial status through the balance sheet,income statement and cash flow statement,and summarizes the current problems of L real estate company.Second,from the financing risk,investment risk,operation risk and distribution risk four aspects of financial risk identification,selection of 16 financial indexes and using chromatography analysis method to establish multilevel financial risk assessment model,combining with the efficacy coefficient method to standardized treatment of indicators,to calculate the coefficient of each evaluation index of financial risk analysis,the hierarchy of financial risk.Finally,based on the above results of financial risk identification and evaluation of L real estate company,control measures are proposed to solve the existing financial risk problems,so as to provide reference for similar companies in China's real estate industry.
