Deepen The Practice Of Precision Poverty Alleviation In Rural Areas Of Jiangxi Province

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out:" Poverty is not socialism ".①Eliminating poverty,improving people’s livelihood and realizing common prosperity are the essential requirements of socialist society.Since the 18th National Congress of the Party,General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed the importance of poverty alleviation work from the political height of governing and managing government,and put forward the concept of "precision poverty alleviation ".Precision poverty alleviation is not only a vital strategic task for the Party and the state,but also an important link to realize the building of a well-off society in an all-round way.Therefore,the research on the practice of precision poverty alleviation is of great significance.Under the guidance of Marxist theory,this paper discusses the theoretical origin of precision poverty alleviation practice by using literature research method,field investigation method and so on.Taking Shaxi Town,Shangrao City,Jiangxi Province as an example,this paper analyzes the achievements and problems of rural poverty alleviation in Jiangxi Province.And in view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward effective help countermeasures.This paper is divided into four parts for research.The first part is the introduction part of the full text.Firstly,this paper expounds the research background and significance of this topic,summarizes the research status of poverty and poverty alleviation theory at home and abroad,and takes this as the research basis to explore the ideas,methods and innovations of poverty research.The second part of this paper mainly expounds the theoretical origin of precision poverty alleviation practice.This paper discusses Marx and Engels’ thought of eliminating poverty;Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping’s thought of eliminating poverty;Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao’s thought of poverty alleviation and development;and Xi Jinping’s thought of precision poverty alleviation,which provides a theoretical basis for the practice of precision poverty alleviation.The third part of this paper takes Shaxi Town,Shangrao City,Jiangxi Province Town,Shangrao City,Jiangxi Province as an example to analyze the achievements and problems of the practice of precision poverty alleviation in rural areas of Jiangxi Province.Based on the aspects of infrastructure construction,education and cultural information construction,industry poverty alleviation and financial poverty alleviation in Shaxi Town,this paper analyzes the overall situation and poverty situation of Shaxi Town,and comprehensively expounds the current achievements and existing problems in the practice of precision poverty alleviation in Shaxi Town.The fourth part of this paper expounds the countermeasures to deepen the practice of precision poverty alleviation in rural areas of Jiangxi Province.This paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as adhering to the socialist system,strengthening the leadership of the Party,assessing the effectiveness of the government’s poverty alleviation work,strengthening the guarantee of survival,life and development in poor areas,strengthening the power of the masses themselves,strengthening social mobilization and organizing social forces,etc.These countermeasures provide an exploration way for the effective development of poverty relief work in rural areas of Jiangxi Province.
