In recent years,the traffic infrastructure market is facing an unprecedented severe situation due to the combination of multiple pressures,such as the complex and changeable macroeconomic situation,the obvious shrinkage of the road construction market,the increase of industrial policy adjustment,the continuous tension of capital financing pressure,and the enhancement of safety and environmental protection constraints.In the severe market environment,highway construction enterprises are facing the huge pressure of increasing labor cost,material cost and operation cost,and the development is facing unprecedented difficulties.In the face of the fierce market competition environment,only continuous reform and upgrading can effectively deal with risks and challenges.In the process of reform,human resource has become the most important variable to achieve the strategic objectives of enterprises,and its role has been paid more and more attention.In this paper,LQ company as the research object,LQ company to strengthen the capacity building of bridge construction in the process of human resources reallocation.LQ company,as a traditional construction enterprise,puts forward the plan of strengthening the capacity construction of bridge construction in the process of transformation.By strengthening the capacity construction of bridge construction,it can effectively improve the production capacity of bridge construction of the company.In the process of carrying out the plan of strengthening bridge construction capacity building,the most difficult problem faced by the enterprise is not the problem of capital equipment and project source,but the problem of the allocation of the existing human resources of the enterprise.Whether it is the operation and management personnel,professional and technical personnel or technical workers,the existing human resources in total amount,quality and structure combination are unable to meet the requirements of strengthening bridge construction capacity In order to meet the needs of professional development of enterprises,it is urgent to make an effective inventory of existing human resources and reallocate human resources according to the inventory status.Based on this background,this paper studies the human resource reallocation of LQ company in the process of strengthening the capacity building of bridge construction.This paper first introduces the relevant theory of human resource reallocation,and then analyzes the current situation of human resource in strengthening bridge construction capacity construction of LQ company,finds out the existing problems and deficiencies,and in view of the causes of the problems,on the basis of relevant practical theories,combined with the actual situation of LQ company and the needs of strengthening bridge construction capacity construction,Put forward the overall goal,allocation plan and safeguard measures of human resource reallocation.Through theoretical and empirical research,this paper provides the decision-making basis for LQ company to strengthen the capacity building of bridge construction,as well as the reference for Jiangxi Provincial Construction(Transportation)enterprise human resource management collaborative organization reform and promoting the professional technology construction capacity.
