With the economic tide of globalization,domestic enterprises are facing a lot of challenges in the international competition stage.The vital factor of the competition among enterprises relies on the competition of human resources.The level of operation of an enterprise is significantly depend on the leadership of the manager,which can be the most important aspect to the success or failure of the enterprise's operation.In modern enterprise management,many enterprises have established the internal leadership model according to the development needs of the enterprise,in order to guide the improvement of enterprise managers' leadership.An effective leadership quality model,not only can become a standard to measure the leadership quality of the internal talents of the enterprise,so as to be a reference standard to cultivate and evaluate the leadership level,which can largely promote the level of leadership in the corporation.The essay focuses on how to improve the leadership of company T grassroots managers in order to achieve the main business performance level and business objectives.The key point of this article is to establish the model and provide the theoretical basis of leadership improvement for company's grassroots managers.First,by analyzing the strategy,culture and work status of company T,in order to put forward the necessity of building the leadership quality model of the grass-roots managers.Second,the core contents of the paper is to summarize the construction method of leadership quality model,through the investigation of the current situation and the original leadership promotion policy of the grass-roots managers of company T.Combining with the actual situation of company T,and the factors of the behavior event interview,questionnaire survey,for the sake of designing the leadership quality model of company T,which applies to the established leadership quality model to guide the leadership improvement of company T's grassroots managers.Based on the investigation of the current situation and the original situation of the leadership improvement of the grass-roots managers in company T,and using the "competency" model and the "action learning" theory,this thesis designs the optimal scheme for the leadership improvement of the grass-roots managers in XX Branch of company T,and the guarantee measures for its effective implementation.Finally,by summarizing the thesis and developing the leadership of the grass-roots managers in company T,to forecast the future Prospect of the company.In a word,according to the analysis of company T's strategy,culture and the current situation of grass-roots managers' management,this paper builds a model of grass-roots managers' leadership quality,and uses the model to guide the application value of grass-roots managers' leadership improvement in company T,which also has the certain reference significance for other branches of company T.
