In today's society is a competitive society,under the trend,if enterprises want to win the competitive advantage,it is necessary to strengthen human resources management,build a competent staff,give full play to the manpower advantage,to create an atmosphere together the enterprise.In terms of human resource management,the enterprise takes the core values as the guidance,constantly adapt to the changes of the environment,and provides a good platform for the managers and the managed.Effective compensation system can attract talents retaining talents for the company,to further mobilize the staff's work enthusiasm and creativity,give full play to the potential of all kinds of personnel,in order to achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise,giving full play to the advantages of human resources in the process of enterprise development.With the change of the economic situation and the change of the production and operation environment and the competition in the labor market,the expectation of employees on salary keeps increasing,the labor cost of enterprises also keeps rising,and the employees keep losing,which brings a great impact to the operation and management of enterprises,so enterprises need to continuously optimize and improve the compensation system in the process of development.In this paper,Zhengzhou ZX engineering supervision co.,ltd.is taken as the object to study the optimization of the compensation system.At present,the company's particularly important work is to work out a set of compensation optimization system that matches the company's development strategy.To the company in current stage and development strategic objectives as the basis,based on the relevant theories and research achievements of compensation system,the company employees' pay satisfaction questionnaire,an objective analysis of the company's existing compensation system,found the company culture idea obsolete incomplete compensation structure is not reasonable welfare system lack of non-material incentive salary increase mechanism is not sound,etc;On this basis,the optimization plan of the company's compensation system is designed,which mainly includes the implementation of the competency-based compensation model,the determination of flexible and effective compensation structure,the optimization ofemployee welfare system,the emphasis on non-material incentives,and the optimization of employee salary adjustment mechanism;Finally,the implementation and safeguard measures of the company's compensation system optimization plan are put forward.The optimization design scheme of compensation system of Zhengzhou ZX engineering supervision co.,ltd.proposed in this study will play a certain reference value and promoting role in the construction and development of the company's compensation system,as well as the design of other similar companies' compensation system.
