Reward system is not only one important aspect of enterprise human resource management, but also the most crucial component of enterprises in building the modern enterprise system. During the present day, as the competition between enterprises is getting more severe, on one hand, enterprises always take the rising level of salary as the trump to encourage elitist to compete; on the other hand, they have to do everything possible to decrease the costs of salary in order to sharpen their products competitiveness in the market. Therefore, how to design one reward system suitable to Chinese enterprises with the characters of the state-owned enterprises in particular is one of the most important tasks in the state-owned enterprises'reform.The paper based on the example of Changchun Julong Information & Technique Co. Ltd. (Followed named Changchun Julong Ltd.), combined with the history chance of developing the northeast industrial base and enterprises reform background, make a detailed analysis to the current character and problems of the compensation distribution in state-owned enterprises in order to solve the problems of the current reward system of stat-owned enterprises represented by Changchun Julong Ltd. and to improve its human resource situation, to utilize its human resource reasonably, to produce a marked effect on its human resource department, to enhance its work efficiency and to effectively encourage the staff to produce value for the enterprise.Basing on the operating character and environment of state-owned enterprises and referring to the mature theories of compensation distribution abroad, this thesis presents a strategy-based method.This paper mainly consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction.
